Fine Print:

 Void where prohibited by law, and you must be 21 years of age to enter. Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2011 and ends on August 31, 2012 at 11:59 CST.  Incomplete entries are not eligible.  One grand prize winner will be randomly drawn on or about the first day of the month starting in September 2011, and ending September 2012 .  All entries become property of Diversified Workplace, and the Diversity Recruiting Center affiliate site where you entered the contest.  Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.  The use of automated devices is not valid for entry. Deleting your job seeker profile and resume before the end of the sweepstakes will remove your resume entry from future drawings.

Drawing: On or about September 1, 2011, a random drawing from all eligible entries received will be conducted.  Entrants need not be present to win. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.   Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. One drawing will be conducted on or around the first day of the month beginning on or about September 1, 2011 with the last drawing being held on or about September 1, 2012. A total of 24 tickets will be awarded to 12 different randomly drawn winners.

Prize:  Southwest Airlines will proudly giveaway two roundtrip tickets each month to the winner with no blackout dates nor restrictions, and valid for one year to any of its 72 Southwest-operated, published, scheduled destinations in 37 states. Tickets issued by Southwest Airlines will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration.  Expiration dates will not be extended, and tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen.   Tickets cannot be resold to a third party.  Tickets may not be used for promotional purposes unless previously approved by Southwest Airlines. No substitutions are allowed.  Southwest Airlines tickets cannot be used in any online auction fundraising efforts.  

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents of the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island.  Entrants must be 21 years and older to win.  This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of the Sponsor as final. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. This promotion is offered in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not proceed in this site if you are not located in the United States. To Claim Prize: Potential winner only will be notified by phone and/or e-mail, and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned within three (3) business days after prize notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If prize notification letter is returned undeliverable or if potential winner is ineligible, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name, voice, biography, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any media without additional compensation.  

Limitation of Liability:  The National Black Chamber of Commerce and their chamber affiliates or Diversified Workplace and their affiliated entities, is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes related materials; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly, or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Winner is solely responsible for payment of all federal, state, and local taxes on prize and for any travel or other expenses not specifically mentioned in prize description. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion.
